It can cold bend CC and coil pipes, Tubes most other sections like 'I' beams, 'H' beams unequal angles, channels, half pipes, flats, solid bars, etc. For making good circular rings of any diameter from any of these sections, this machine has no substitute.

These machines are of very sturdy construction, Operation is simple and fast. Accurate coiling and bending is achieved with a minimum of labour.

The main frame of the machine is of all steel welded construction, heavily proportional and welded to a structural steel base, stress relieved and machined. All three rolls are made out of alloy steel, heat treated. All shafts, Pinions & gears are also from alloy steel,rotating on high dynamic load spherical roller bearing.
